Yeah...hybrid just sound lame. I kinda got used to it in F1. Then last race they let Alonso run his V10 championship winning car on track. OMG! I forgot how F1 totally engaged all your senses. It is lost without the scream of big horsepower internal combustion engines.

That was a bit of an eye opening embarrassment for F1 I think.

Absolutely agree with you. You get used to the V6 UNTIL they drive an old V10 or the old V12 twin seater around the track which brings back all the thrill of those cars.
Even to watch an old Alesi 643 video on YouTube is a thrill nowadays.

But this SUV and V6 hybride thing along with ever increasing production numbers will be the death of Ferrari as we know and love it and completely change how people view Ferrari. FIAT will turn it into another Porsche and those who want a real super car experience will now turn to the likes of McLaren, Lamborghini and other low volume exotics.

They used to say when you buy a Ferrari you don’t just buy a car you buy folk law.

    not anymore !!!!!!!

Fark that. I’ve got two gated manuals in the garage now, a V8 and a V12.
    That’ll do pig, that’ll do.
I really dislike the idea of Ferrari going down this path, but alas it’s inevitable.
