Looking forward to it too.. Went to check out my fobs.. seems all worked just batteries.. felt like an idiot.
Very enjoyable trip via the Old Pacific Highway to Saddles at Mt White for breakfast this morning It was only the second time that I have been able to convince my wife to join me for a drive in the car and whilst she was not impressed with the twisty roads she was pleased that the A/C works so well Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Sounds like a great trip & Saddles looks special, may have to try that for sure ... I can empathise with the wife not wanting to join, mine wouldn't ride in any of my Ferraris, nor Macs, until the GT & really only because it was Covid & we did a regional road trip, that said she loves the Sebring & has come as pax 3 times already, we drove yesterday to Bilpin & had lunch at our friend's new 'High Hopes Roadhouse', owned by Sean of 'Sean's Panaroma' in Bondi. Literally organising historic registration now, the car has gone to Cavallino this morning for a full post purchase service & check as well as pink slip etc for historic registration.
She doesn't like to paraphrase her, modern 'lairy', 'loud looking' cars, especially ones with batman doors but loves the old classic style of car & is very happy to be in the Sebring, she likes the roughness of it's drive & thinks many of the old classic cars are cool looking.
My wife loves the vette for the same reasons, it's the happiest she's ever been in one of my cars. I'm trying to talk her into a '59 Impala at the moment but not getting as much enthusiasm Image Unavailable, Please Login
Its a process I've learnt as I'm sure you have, you have to introduce & then put on slow burn...I can relate to the cool Impala, does your wife say - why do you need another car, you can't possibly drive them all, mine suggests its just a bit obscene, that said & to her credit she still goes with the flow eventually, she supports that I earned the money so should be able to enjoy my passion... within reason but I've found the cardinal rule is, never say how much they cost
