26 degrees and snowed last night. roads are mostly dry. Ps4s are a nonevent, keeping stupidity out of the equation. absolutely no reason you cant take a car out with PS4S in the winter when the roads are dry

it was great - the heat works well. the top (spider) is a bit noisy at speeds but no drafts inside. picked up my 11 yr old from soccer and he was thrilled. no pics or vids. it was warm after about 3 miles...

I would be more concerned about salt/brine residue on the road spraying on the car then the temperature. If your tires are reasonably new, they are ok for normal not spirited driving once they warm up.

I was forced to drive mine last week to drop it off for my exhaust work in 25 degree F (-4c) weather and after a few minutes on my new tires it felt fine and the heat did work.

Some people don’t care about this but the salt spray residue here in NJ can get everywhere underneath and cause future problems with corrosion of metal, bolt, electrical connectors, etc...

Yesterday, when I was out grabbing lunch I saw a beautiful yellow 458 with snow still on the back engine hatch, so I guess there are people who even leave their Ferrari’s out in the snow so I guess I’m just neurotic about these things.

    Cheers,
    Corey

I drove my gated 360 Spider last winter in freezing weather, parked it for a couple of hours and on restart, the sound from the belts was quite loud. I haven't taken it out below 45F since. I don't think these cars are really built for cold weather. Hot, sure, never an issue.

Got out of the cold and headed down to Palm Beach for the nice 85 degree weather for a few days. Burrrrrrrr, hate the cold these days

Like I said in another thread, watch out for the salt and brine if they have that stuff on the roads, no bueno on aluminum Fcars.

Drove home from a buddies house in dry 30° weather here in Austin following another friend in a 488. After easy driving to warm up the cars we got on it and my PS4S’s were all over the place.

Funny! did same as OP and car did very well, except CCB brakes had very bad poor initial bite when they got very cold on highway and I was braking to take my favorite exit... Note to self, CCB in F430 need some heat to work when very cold. We're talking I was caught off guard at how poor initial bite was...

All CCBs when cold, won't stop too well. After one or two stops though, then they're alright.
