The traction in a RWD is a stunning achievement. What is even equally impressive is the blistering pull after launch. It left the Senna in the dust.
Seriously, the Senna didn't even get an invite Pull is incredible, you're absolutely right. Its like the car has no inertia to overcome, or was in a slingshot and then got released as the last light went out..... bye bye!!
Yes, that was completely insane. I never thought I'd see a RWD car drop into the 1's to 60mph. ....unless there's something added to the water down in Florida
Hey Guys, Remember, Image Unavailable, Please Login this IS Ferrarichat. "To own and Drive a Ferrari well means you become part of a Legend. A McLaren Road Car is a (Non related to McLaren F1 Racecars), very fast, car...Like say, a Tesla or a Hennessey." Without the Heritage, you're just in a very fast car. Don't be swayed by (sophisticated) Badge Engineering. Keep your Ferrari AND buy something else.
So what you are saying that a Ferrari is a Ferrari? Ever thing else is crap? Why did you post a pic of a Nissan GTR in your post then?
I have no problem with the car being powerful, I just don't care for the fact that McLaren makes direct comparisons to other cars and claim their car is faster because it's "just better" with "only" 765 PS. To me, that's being dishonest and it's false marketing. It's no different than when they point to the F8 and say, wee what we can do with the same power, all while the 720S is close to 800 hp.
Well, at least he is half right. A Ferrari really is a Ferrari lol Nissan does have better paint quality though
I think we should permanently ban anyone that talks about any other car on these threads. No warning just BAN! Hey you like your Mclaren? Ban! What do you think of the new Lambo? Ban! I wanted to get your thoughts on the Porsche PDK. Ban!
Why stop there. Ferrari not Rosso Corsa? Ban! Rev counter not yellow? Ban! Liking turbo cars? Ban! Not agreeing with me? BAN!!!
I am going to demand a refund from McLaren for providing a more powerful car than advertised and I am deeply disappointed that it is significantly faster than the competition.Alternatively, I will keep the car only if McLaren reduces the power to 755 HP.
8 posts in 16 years and the essence of your post is a Ferrari is a Ferrari. Out of curiosity, which model Ferrari do you own?
