Is there a torque sequence and/or torque requirement for installing intake manifolds? Could not find in the service manual. If it is in the service manual, please direct me to it. Thanks

The torque sequence isn't critical, but best to use the practice of working from the inside out in a star pattern in stages on each piece. For the final torque value, there should be something similar (same thread size/pitch and also a steel stud into aluminum) in Section M to use as a guide -- what you don't want to do is pull the steel stud(s) out of the (softish) aluminum cylinder head. One critical thing is that the upper surfaces of the intake manifolds on each bank need to be perfectly coplanar while the lower surfaces of the intake manifolds are also perfectly coplanar -- i.e., simultaneously gently mount the two intake mainfolds to their intake plenum and their cylinder head while still allowing things to slide around so that those two conditions can be achieved, then torque the intake manifolds to the heads (and remove the plenums, if necessary).

Also be sure that all of the steel tube "spacers" are inserted into the rubber upper plenum gaskets, and be careful not drop one down an intake port....
