I think this is the one just bought at the Sydney Harbour Concours auction in March by a young guy who has an Enzo & an F40, seems like he's building a collection, what was wrong with it Ian?

 

If its the one I'm thinking off , i was on a 4 day rally around 10 years ago..the owner drove it for 4 days without covers/filters over the carby intakes ..

 

As you'd expect for that dosh.

I think the colour really suits it, but if you're going to change that, why not remove the horrid USA side marker lights in the process? Needs the rear tail lamp inset painted black, that is a Pininfarina trade mark.

Are you answering my C4 link?,I think,but don't know for certain when smashed and repaired in the US it was for sale there afterwards with no luck,hence the non change of US stuff then it came over here for sale.

OK I know nothing of it except the smash...all assumption/presumption on my part.
Seems strange not to do what you (and any otherbody) suggested re the US 'treatment' staying if it were going to be sold in a non-USA 'treated' country.
