There is a Blu Scuro 330 GTC on BAT that is the nicest I have seen for sale in a very long time. Check it out. She's a beauty: https://bringatrailer.com/listing/1967-ferrari-330-gtc-3/
That enthusiastic buyer was me! Couldn’t be happier. I’m in Potomac, MD. Car will hopefully be here in three weeks or so. Happy to be back in a Ferrari again having previously owned (and tracked) an F355 and F430. This one will not be tracked but will be driven! Cheers, Kevin 1967 330 GTC #9911
Congrats buddy! Look at you, already updated your avatar. Looking at your posting history you've been away for a while. I mentioned on BaT that I hoped you would win it. Please post pics and share your experience after she is delivered! Well bought!
Thanks guys. Pickup and delivery from the west coast is backed up right now, so I may not have the car before late July which is killing me. But I will certainly post pics once I have her.
I just had a car shipped from Utah to New York through Passport. Picked up within the week of sale. Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
Congrats again Kevin!! I followed the auction and your comments. I made a few comments under my BAT identity neopolitan330. I own s/n 9593 and drive the heck out of it. Welcome to the GTC club. The favorite car in my stable. Feel free to reach out if you have questions about 330s....I have 25 years of ownership in two different examples.
Apparently the Southwest (primarily Southern CA) is just slammed right now. That’s what I’ve been told by three different shipping companies. I’m now working with the shipping broker the seller uses all the time to see if they can get it for me sooner. We’ll see what happens. I’ll post on here when I know more.
Hi Kevin. Congrats . We did a bunch work on this car and i should have lots of photos of what we did if your interested. Thanks Craig
Kevin (fasthound), I couldn't view your profile page but noticed from your headline that you are in Potomac, Maryland, so apologize if this plug for the Mid-Atlantic Region (MAR) of FCA is being made to someone who already is a member. MAR (www.fca-mar.com) holds many driving events throughout the year including track sessions, autocrosses, half day group drives and multi-day tours. It would be great to see you and your beautiful 330 GTC on one of them. We'll even be doing a three day drive in West Virginia in a few weeks. I'm almost always the only GTC (mine is a 365) out on the club drives. Enjoy your new-to-you Ferrari! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Congrats Kevin, I’m an ex 330GTC owner and I miss her terribly. They are fantastic cars. Please drive her a lot, they respond well to that.
Wow! Yes, please. I’m starting to research the history and so anything you can provide would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
Thank you. I renewed my FCA membership, but it’s always unclear to me how that then relates to MAR. I haven’t found the main FCA site to be of much use, but I haven’t used it in many years. I sold my F430 in July 2014 and dropped off Ferrari-related sites. Then had a car built in the UK (Frontline Developments) and then hated myself enough to to buy a 1963 E-type in need of TLC….and now the GTC. The Frontline car didn’t work out unfortunately, but I do love driving the Jag. And I’m going crazy trying to get the GTC to MD from CA. Great time for all the transport companies to be booked way in advance of their usual schedules. But, it’s a first world problem, so no real complaints.
We had a car transported from LA to Fl. about a month ago with Masney Transport out of Orlando might be worth a call, Kevin 407-877-0046
Kevin your going to love it, as far as I'm concerned it the best driving ferrari ever. I am biased as I own one........your gonna love it!!!
Kevin, for another possible option for transport contact Lashdeep Singh at (202) 236-4589. He is an officer of the Mid-Atlantic Region FCA, a Ferrari owner, and all around great guy and true Gearhead. He has a one car dual axle enclosed trailer. He's retired and does occasional car transports for friends and referrals. He can't compete with the big commercial carriers on price doing just one-car moves, but no one will treat the car better. Give him a shout. I already broached the subject with him. He lives in Laurel, Maryland, BTW.
