Wanted Ferrari 550 Maranello / Socal - LA

Hello everyone, i'm in search of a 550 Maranello, i recently bought one from a member here but was absolutely not happy with it as it needed way too much work, and was going to spend at least a month at the shop to get sorted which i just dont' have the patience for. i let it go to a friend of mine for what i was in it for...the one thing good about that particular car is that the engine was strong and really made me fall in love with the model.

Now i want to find a well sorted car that i can just get in and drive for the most part, doesn't need to be a concourse car what so ever, but just a clean car cosmetically without much deferred maintenance.
I'm very particular on color combinations, below is what i'd be interested in.

Prefer cars in California or surrounding close by states.

Exterior:
Black (Nero)
Silver (Nurburgring)
Dark Grey (Grigio Silverstone)
TDF Blue (Tour De France)

Interiors:
Black
Tan w black carpet & dash
Bordeaux with black carpet & dash
Dark brown (possibly)

No accidents , no Euro models or major issues as this time i will have the car inspected so i don't go through the disappointment i went through with the last one.

I'm really hoping not to settle this time and find what i want, i'm actually close to buying a fully sorted one but has an all blue interior which i absolutely don't like, but thought i'd post this first and see what happens

well i've found a great car, very well mechanically sorted but i truly hate the interior color (blue) and not biggest fan of exterior (Grigio Titanio) but could live with it if i changed interior color (which would be big $$ to do) really frustrating, wish it was black with tan / black carpets i'd be super happy then..even silver black..anything other than Blue interior lol.

so the hunt for the ultimate 550 for me still continues..i suppose!

 

This car is so PERFECT mechanically and so well sorted..i don't think i'll find one like it thats the problem..i've contacted a place to get a quote on totally redoing the interior and they said $12k at least..ouch..the blue carpets are just not my style..at all! ..either way i have to do the dash in black, so if i can find a way to at least change carpet color maybe i can live with it

 

lol, well yes, you could say that..but it does bother me..

 

I've had a couple of guys from here offer me 575's F1 but i'm definitely not interested in a 575

 

I don't think changing interior color as long as its still a Ferrari spec would matter much- like from all blue to all black..the problem is the work that goes into it.
