    Dealer likely to get fined a percentage and loss of allocation too. Surprised seller didn’t have to sign an agreement when he placed deposit/order or sales contact. And to Kirk’s point… good luck buying a keychain let alone another car from them.

    Help me understand what's the scam? I want to sell a Ferrari I own on the Ferrari forum. Since you're a moderator, I would expect you would act responsibly and allow the forum to be a place where members can engage with other enthusiasts instead of peppering the thread with "possible scammer." What about my post is a scam?

    I can sell the car because I've had it more than 6 months. I don't want the car anymore because I have other cars and other cars on order and need the space. So what's the scam @GatorFL?

    I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about the user who asked you to contact him. He was posting from a proxy IP, his email address was on a scammers list and he was posting from a phone available in India. My warning was to you. That guy is likely a scammer, so beware.

    Contract is 6 months or penalty. They track. More likely a stiffer penalty than not getting the owner discount on keychains.

    Yes, it was there originally but it’s now taken off the market and he removed the price from the ad.
