FerrariChat appears to be fully back up now, but we’ll test. The outage was with our server host IBM. We’ll have a full report later, but related to a power delivery issue to pod of servers FerrariChat’s is part of. This was not a hack, just a major outage at IBM. This was not related to the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp outages. We apologize and will keep this thread updated if anything new.
Lol I’m not noticing too much lag but it does seem to take a while to completely load the page even while I’m scrolling and typing
What are the chances that such a long term outage was on the same day and time as the other widespread outages? Crazy coincidence.
Sometimes coincidence is too hard to believe. Hopefully it was a series of isolated incidents...but it could be the start of something bigger.

actually had some images lost on that one. Still pisses me off had paid for expensive backups and then when I needed it the backup wasn't 100% with the images.
No No No, AWS is what caused the partnership to dissolve between *** and ***. There were so many outages on AWS and finally a complete unrecoverable data loss. We have McLarenChat and LamborghiniChat on AWS, we've had almost FerrariChat 100% uptime until this on IBM for 10+ years. AWS is a little better now, but frequent issues.
Sorry you had a bad experience with them. We have had a very positive experience with zero outages for the last three years (I think we have 7 servers, including a backup)
lol if you had the pictures in the block chain they would've never been lost aws is way too expensive for back ups, i just rar mine and upload them to tpb
yes, obviously they are the largest, I think? certainly if they were all bad they wouldn't be so large. I just believe in a site like FerrariChat better to have a physical server with straight forward controlling software vs. a AWS cloud setup.
I lost a lot of my images also, 2004 Ferrari Challenge at TWS racing in the rain. I'd really like to recover those but they are long gone.
