    Anyone know how to replace a broken speedometer cable? Once I got the indicator needle unwrapped around the high end pin, the darned thing won't move off the 10 MPH home spot.

    It's electric , no cable and they always read 10mph when car is shut off

    If it is not moving, you probably need a new speedo sending unit. Do a search on the new and old archives for details
