Apparently you are missing several things on this car. Those were options at Pozzi at the time! :D

You can debate if you are missing a tank plate/floor pan, how you want to call it. In NL this was not an option, but I can imagine if this was an option that people think "why pay for it what I cannot see or enjoy" Part# 116565 is the tank plate and I do see the mounts for it on your Mondial :)

Fuel line may look fairly good, but it can be deceiving. Are the lines soft or hard? The should not be hard. Do you have a record if they have been replaced.

Center pipes can be deceiving as well. They often start to leak this way and first a new clamp will be put on it, but soon people realize the leaking is there, but less. I replaced them because the end were not good anymore, while the center was still good, but I have seen two cases where the internals of center pipe was totally disintegrating. The symptom of this is that the engine overheats all the time, because particals get into the radiator. (Need to look up the post of @bartzagato)

Yes restored from bare metal up, finished with the same underbody coating as the test of the car. That section of the floor pan protects the alloy tanks and the centre section with hoses and gear linkages. Plus aerodynamically extends the flat floor.

is the glovebox opening? It wasn't when I saw the car.
Windows were indeed very noisy. And the puddle was under the car as well

It's opening, just needs a little tap to actually open as the leather is sticking a little. Window is going to be a winter job, and the puddle is most likely a quick fix.

They did clean the bottom of the car before my inspection as while I had it up in the air everything was bone dry....
