Dallas has lost to TB DEN KC LV AFC looks stronger than the NFC although Boys beat NE at NE in OT NE is coming on strong at the end of the season as usual
Not sure anyone wants to win... Here is what scares me: It's going to come down to injuries. Here is what really scares me: A 'star' player having to sit in a playoff game because of a 'proximity' Covid test: - not because he has Covid - but because he was near a guy that has it. Here is what really really scares me: dumbass penalties controlling the outcome of a game. I'm soooo sick and tired of holding penalties, because let's face it: you could call holding on every single play if you wanted to. 'Illegal formation' - so what if a guy is two feet too far forward or back, or if a guy didn't 'cover up' the Tight End? The LV/Dallas game Thursday was brutal to watch because of the penalties, I actually turned the channel more often than usual.
Playoffs, Super Bowl: Buffalo - no running game New England - Hmmmmm..... Pitt - I know we have been hearing this for 2 years, but it appears Ben really cannot throw deep. Cinn - needs another great draft. Clv - Well, it's Cleveland, ya know.... Tenn - too many injuries on offense. Mainly two, but those are a BIG two. And I'm not counting Julio. Indy - Hmmmm.... KC - still has a problem scoring LAC - something is missing, I cannot figure out what. There is a reason their TE has been on SIX teams in 13 years..... Denver - needs a new coaching staff, maybe a new QB, they HAVE great players. Dallas - missing something, now Zeke is somewhat hurt. WFT - WTF happened to their league-leading defense from a year ago? GB - also missing something - not a player - it's just not jelling. Minn - If the defense could play a teeny bit more consistently better... TB - Defense cannot seem to put it together, and I think they are depending on TB12 to keep them in games. NO - No. Car - No. AZ - If they get healthy they may be the team to beat, but if they lost their only RB... LAR - For a team that spent a crapload of money on defense, they sure don't play like it. SF - Good be a sneaky good pick, and they are getting healthy at the right time. Sea - Russell is mailing it in until he gets traded, and injuries at RB have killed them. From what I have been seeing, a lot of the issues look to me like bad game plans, how can one team look so great one week and be so completely inept the next? There are a TON of teams that have great skill position players at every position, but they are just missing something, be it a player or two, a coach or two, a good OC, teams like Philly, Miami, WFT, Car, Chi come to mind.
That's what I mean about game plan/OC, Josh McDaniels took awhile to figure out how to use the players he has, the strengths and weaknesses, and now they are using Hunter, Kendrick, Nelson, Meyers, and he has about 5 equal RB's to chooose from. My guess is Jonnu Smith will be gone after this season, I'm not sure why they signed him, he is so injury prone.

No, you cheatin' bastard, you had DALL picked, not LV!!! LOL I think now we have to go back and check every single week.... This is why I say we need to make our picks on Yahoo! - it's much easier to tabulate. We can still talk about them here like we sometimes do, but the 'official' picks should be done on Yahoo, for several reasons.
There's so much honor, money and prestige riding on these picks, forget Yahoo, we need to hire Price Waterhouse!
I have a feeling that they might not want to get involved with this motley group of prognosticators! T
What we should do is pick'em confidence pool style and all the weeks picks should be in before the start of Thursday's games. If you're not familiar with a confidence pool what you do is not only pick won-lost but assign points 1 - 16 (or the amount of games being played that week).
OK As l numbers guy l was amazed that with 54 players on the roster and numerous coaches CLE could not find one person to make sure there weren’t 13 men on the field for 3 plays in a row Had to burn a timeout too
13?!? Isn't there an assistant coach or the backup QB or something responsible for counting the number of players? T
