Beautiful car and I wish you good luck with it. The red interior is not my first choice, but the red tach and the red calipers are a real nice touch!
Yes for sure the red interior isn’t for everyone, but I love it with the blu pozzi body, makes such a nice contrast and I think works with the retro styling of the 612

White really does favor these cars so much. Shame it took the OTO program to get them out there in this color.
Have been looking for a while for a set of rims that will be the permanent home of the winter tires and eventually came across these wheels that were on a 458 spider in Germany (according to ebay). As timing would have it, summer tire season is here, so I popped on the set of 2020 Pirellis that came with the car to give some direct comparison to the Michelin PS4S that are on the challenge rims. As Bronze does not appear to be a ferrari color I assume they were powdercoated at some point in the past. It is a different look for sure. New valves, TPMS, and center caps make the set. The rims are 8.5J ET46.5 and 10.5J ET58.5 and fit directly with no need for additional hardware.

I also have a 2008 612 OTO in Grigio Ferro with Iroko Daytona seats/Grigio Sucoro carpet/seat belts. It looks pretty close to yours but with yellow brake calipers and the HTG2 package. I really enjoy the car and expect you do as well.
My wife has no idea the calibers come in different colors. She knows nothing about F cars and a only a little about P cars since we have/had several and only have the one F car.
I think the silver calipers go fine with your color. I have silver with my Blu Scotia 612. However, my wife made me have the calipers painted yellow for my Grigio Titanio FF. I did it reluctantly, but I do agree with her that it does make the car pop.
