As can be seen from my photos (post #1972) the Van der Lof 250 LM replica is on Dutch plates AR-06-34 (NOT AR-51-59).

My bad, mixed the two classic Dutch licence plates when typing my previous post....

Did a check on the Dutch licence plates at OVI: RDW Kentekencheck and KENTEKEN CHECK | Gratis KENTEKENCHECK - Kentekengegevens to find out more:

AH-51-59 (ex Schermerhorn car) is currently unknown.

AR-06-34 is a 330 GT first registered December 2nd, 1965 and reregistered in the Netherlands on August 6, 2010. The RDW site also lists that the car is a cabriolet.

Kerry Chesbro's 330 Registry lists the purchase of 8427 by van der Lof in May 1983. However, for 8427 several details do not match:

    - according to the same registry 8427 is a 1966 car instead of a 1965 car
    - the RDW (which is the official Dutch organization for car registrations) lists AR-06-34 as a cabriolet while 8427 started life as a 330 GT 2+2 Series 2

The date of August 6, 2010 (as listed by the same RDW as date for the current Dutch registration) does not match with 1983 either (even considering a very lengthy rebuild), but might be explained as follows: perhaps the car was re-registered in 2010 for a classic Dutch licence plate, whereas it had a modern (yellow) Dutch licence plate before.

RDW lists for the van der Lof car a 12 cylinder engine of 3967 cc (consistent with a tipo 209 engine of the 330 series), a wheelbase of 236 cm, front track of 136 cm and rear track of 135 cm (not consistent with any Ferrari chassis????)

For comparison, a real 250 LM has a wheelbase of 2400 mm, front track of 1350mm and rear track of 1340mm. Plus a V12 engine of 3285,72 cc

I thought that 7697 was converted into a 250 TR replica and not a LM?

It does not necessarily contain a single piece or bit from a PF Coupe, that is the impression I got when I inspected it years ago in Italy.

I’m part of a team that is restoring a PF Coupe that is missing the front bumper assembly. Perhaps there is one lying around from one of these recreations?
