Rest assured, I searched but nothing jumped out.

Can someone give me a short and simple run down of how to remove the Door Panels and Tweeter housings in a F355?

I'm installing a new component set and installing new acoustical carpet on the door panels.

    Much appreciated!
    Eric

The tweeters are exposed when you remove the dash vents. I found a set of plastic interior removal tools really helps with those.

The best way is to turn it clockwise (as you look at it).

I tried but didn’t seem to turn and I didn’t want to force/break anything. So just twist hard? Is it doable by hand or do you need to get some kind of wrench in there or take the mount out?

Probably somewhat stuck to the paint. I would try to push/knock a bit on every of the 4 plastic tabs, vey carefully not to damage them, which may break the bond.
