I would like to see the Lusso would fit into my 250 collection the last blue California sold for more than I paid for the truck, SWB, TR, California and the original showcase together
Yeah I have just the original Rosso colour California, absolutely love it. I think it is one of the best detailed models around for the price (when new). Love to see CMC do a Lusso or even a 206/ 246 Dino.
Looks like Kyosho is re-releasing the 1:18 GTO and F40 models this year, in diecast, and maybe a Testarossa. I'll be picking up the standard F40 (already have the GTO and F40 "Lightweight"), happy to see it return. https://www.docdroid.net/cSlnuzr/kyosho-2023-catalogue-pdf#page=3
They are not made to be detachable. Would take some careful work to remove them, and probably break & damage some parts.
I'm considering two 1/18 models of the same car, the Shelby Daytona Coupe. One is by Exoto and the other by Road Signature. I'd appreciate comments and suggestions regarding the quality of these manufacturers. Thanks
I've never heard of Road Signature but Exoto is a very high end and expense model manufacture. I have bought many Ferrari F1 cars off them but admittedly they were made around 20 years or so ago so the quality of the newer releases may be even higher.
Does anyone know when there will be a 499P 1/18 on the market and by whom? Thank you. Sorry if repeat question.
these are the first two when will they be available? nobody knows as soon the models are ready you will see pictures here, eBay will be flooded with them I would wait for the Le Mans version both are more than 400 $ https://www.bbrmodelstore.com/english/car-model-preo_p18226x_ferrari-499p-hypercar-2022-.aspx https://looksmartmodels.com/product/ferrari-499p-118/
No, but in the day, it was miracle if models would not arrive in many pieces, aka destroyed. I ignore if their packaging / materials have improved. Regards, Alberto
Danke Christian. Yes I will probably wait for the Le Mans version, unless there is a very happy day at Spa, plus I just got my ticket to see Wednesday practice at LM24 and it falls on my bday, what better present than to see F P cars return to the Sarthe after fifty years! I haven't been to LM since covering it for Cavallino 1993-96 but this I could not miss.
I doubt the Looksmart version is that expensive, The BBr yes, But the Looksmart should be arpund 260€, wich is the usual for theyr Sport or GT race cars....
I Also have that doubt, i want the car, but i would like teh LM Winner! ...but i doubt Ferrari will win this yesr, so wich is more importrant, the Ferrari that Finally wins LM, or the one that returns after 50 years! Let's hope they will be the one and the same!!!
I like your thinking, muito bem! They are certainly a lot more competitive than the F1 team so let's see, the Toyotas are not bullet proof so anything can happen!
..And to be honest, there is very litle to choose between BBR and Looksmart, so paying 150/200 € extra for the BBR is a bit silly IMO.

At first I thought it looked too ungainly as well. Certainly because Tecnomodel is quite bad getting the lines right. But this time it seems they aren't that off when looking at this picture: Image Unavailable, Please Login copyright unknown to me.
yap, looks like a brick...but i guess the tecno also does, so they're not to off this time......this is not a sports car right? it'a a formula?
