My 488 is on Novitec springs but not as low as others I’ve seen. I get around pretty good with it.

Yes Novitec’s. I recently installed the front skid pads. There was some minor scuffs on the underside, not the carbon but some of the under-tray plastics. The rear diffuser on the lowest two fins has a 1-2” scrape but I think this was from the previous owner at normal ride height as I have never heard it, but not positive.
This trade off to me is worth the dramatic improvements in looks. When my car was next to another Pista, it made the other car look like a 4X4 and mine is not crazy low.

Even on a motorcycle, you can barely feel the difference between factory and CF wheels. Given the weight of the wheels vs. the car itself, I think the benefit of MOI and un-sprung weight reduction is going to be pretty difficult to feel.

I have just ordered Matt black pista alloys as I am going to take the CF wheels off too and put them away. So your thread is very timely !

Magic are you going to have the software reprogrammed? I’m tempted only change the wheels

I have a couple friends that have swapped out the carbons for HRE. 1 guy did 20/21 wheels the other 21/22. Zero issues with doing this. Both did Novitec Springs. Hummm..... the 21/22 guy drives his and has done this with 2 Pista's he's owned.

Looks great! Can’t go wrong with silver wheels on any Ferrari.
