Hey everyone, looking strongly at this Cali T that just got back in market after previous buyer financing fell through:

They are asking $150k (seems high)

Does anyone have any experience dealing with The Collection? Do you see any red flags with this model? It has LED steering wheel and backup camera which are two options I have been wanting....

Thanks in advance for any opinions good or bad!

According to Carfax, the backup camera was installed by a dealer. I would want to see the window sticker to see what options it had from the factory, and ask whether the camera is OEM or aftermarket.

The car itself has a great spec and looks very good in the pictures. The price is at the top for Cali Ts, but it is low miles.

As far as the dealership goes, search on "The Collection" (in quotes) to find some reviews here. Seems like mixed reviews, and nothing very recent. But you don't buy a dealership, you buy a car. Get an independent inspection and make very sure you leave the dealership with all the pieces so you're not having to circle back for car covers etc.

Gorgeous Cali T, low miles, maintenance history. Get a PPI. Look for leather shrinking issues around the gauge pod etc. (the area behind the rear seats and rollover protection looks a little off) Car Play and Hi-Fi Stereo are nice options if it has it, Cali T is an excellent machine!

I would also ask about the lack of maintenance for 3 years between 2020 and 2023.

You absolutely buy the dealership as well as the car. There are high end car dealers out there (especially in Florida) that buy very sketch stuff. Carrio for example (just read their BBB feedback), they listed an Aston that I found out was sold (to them) at Copart as damaged but clean Carfax.

Buy the seller applies both to private and dealer transactions.

Good catch, I'll ask for a window sticker and what "stuff" comes with sale.

Thank you for the link. I've done a little reading on them and it seems like even thought they are all called "the collection" each location operates very independently of the other. Do you know of any good south Florida people to do a PPI?

What looks off on the area behind rear seats? I'll ask about the CarPlay/stereo.

Thank you all for the input!
