Instead of monitors go VR. But in general, yeah, that looks like it's intended to be furniture, not a sim racing rig. Depends on your priorities, I suppose, but I'd rather have an uglier setup that's a better sim.

Asked a builder one time what is his guarantee on concrete cracking and he said he guaranteed it will crack.
Foundation settles. Update: The only tile left to complete in the house is the main floor. Cabinets - done Countertops- done Final coat of paint inside - going on next week Vents in the garage will be painted red (wife's idea) Lights for pickle ball court in about 2 weeks Appliances in about 2 weeks Exterior all stucco is done Trenching for utilities - next week Final grading - starts in 2 weeks Landscaping - started Exterior stucco- complete Metal trim on garage - after final grading Driveway- starting in about 3-4 weeks. Lots and lots of progress. Looking at mid to late July for move in unless we run into some hiccups with the grading/utilites outside. Inside should be wrapped up in about mid to late June.

sort of.....the original budget had plants on the back of the house- behind a retaining wall- where you can't even access- we got rid of all that and only have plants where its needed.
Of course, Steak 44 is by the same dudes that started Mastro’s/City Hall/Ocean Club before they sold out 15 years ago. They are behind Dominick’s in North Scottsdale too. In Charlotte, they operate Steak 48, which is by far the best steak place in that metro. I love that place. We’re lucky to have it. As you can see below, not very many places do.
