Instead of monitors go VR. But in general, yeah, that looks like it's intended to be furniture, not a sim racing rig. Depends on your priorities, I suppose, but I'd rather have an uglier setup that's a better sim.

Asked a builder one time what is his guarantee on concrete cracking and he said he guaranteed it will crack.

    Yup, oh so true.
Especially new houses 'move around' a bit causing some cracking.

    Foundation settles.

    Update:

The only tile left to complete in the house is the main floor.
    Cabinets - done
    Countertops- done
Final coat of paint inside - going on next week
Vents in the garage will be painted red (wife's idea)
Lights for pickle ball court in about 2 weeks
    Appliances in about 2 weeks
    Exterior all stucco is done
Trenching for utilities - next week
Final grading - starts in 2 weeks
    Landscaping - started
    Exterior stucco- complete
Metal trim on garage - after final grading
Driveway- starting in about 3-4 weeks.

Lots and lots of progress. Looking at mid to late July for move in unless we run into some hiccups with the grading/utilites outside. Inside should be wrapped up in about mid to late June.

sort of.....the original budget had plants on the back of the house- behind a retaining wall- where you can't even access- we got rid of all that and only have plants where its needed.

Of course, Steak 44 is by the same dudes that started Mastro’s/City Hall/Ocean Club before they sold out 15 years ago. They are behind Dominick’s in North Scottsdale too. In Charlotte, they operate Steak 48, which is by far the best steak place in that metro. I love that place. We’re lucky to have it. As you can see below, not very many places do.
