Green Miura last week at Rètromobile Paris. Do any of you know if the colour is original? I think I never saw this exact shade of green before.

    This is #4127

Original colors scheme : verde scuro / Gobi-beige and sold to VPM French importer back on 8/07/1969

It is said to have been sold by VPM to Fred Lip, a special order with that dark green, similar to British racing green.

Bought by my friend Marc C. in 2016, the car continued its restoration and I sold it via a German broker to German collector Dirk R.

We delivered it at 2017 Neufchatel Lamborghini Concours of Elegance where it won 1st award in its Miura S Class, I was very proud !

Since it changed hands end of 2023, now again for sale.

Assume most as an old husky sized Jay Leno has no trouble.

I don't disagree with you but have you seen Leno lately? He's really slimmed down.

Quite a well known car in the late 80s featuring in a few of the magazines then having been converted from a P400 to with some SV lookalike details. RHD 3516. See here for sale at Joe Macari. Advertsied as having done 8850 km. Yes, ok.

Just so you know, you're replying to a 10 year old comment. And Andrew R hasn't been active in over 1.5 years.

Yes, this sticker is nice. Very nice. And I can only be happy that they are currently available nowadays, fresh & new, from different sources.
But at the risk of confusing some enthusiasts or Miura experts, many of them, and since many years, I can told you that this sticker has nothing to do with the Armstrong-branded steering damper fitted on any of our beloved Miuras...
Many "concours condition" Miuras have received this yellow "attenzione" decal sticked on their Armstrong steering damper, but that was a mistake, an error... But yes, no judge has ever been able to notice and appreciate it...
To be clear, NO Armstong steering dampers on the Miura steering rack application has ever received this sticker in period. Simply because it was never intended for them. This, due to a simple technical reason...
Just have a look of what is written on this sticker, and perhaps you will reconsider your initial thinking...
