Yep. Made a pot of live blue swimmer crabs with Mt Martha mussels which is where my hubby goes to fish. Steamed them in white wine, garlic, caramelised onions, chilli and Italian herbs. Served it with fresh crusty Italian bread from our local Italian grocer. Kylie Prosecco to top it all Image Unavailable, Please Login

We gave it a shot and it worked. Arrived at House of Prime Rib right after their opening and got on the waiting list. Was told to expect 2.5 hours, but also add our name to the separate wait list at the bar that serves the same menu; 1.5 hours. So we ordered martinis (they basically fill a shaker and hand to you; great deal at $15 for what amounts to about 3 drinks), found a table at the bar and chilled after a full day of sightseeing. Got called after 45 minutes. Woop woop. What an incredible meal for $100 per person, drink and tip included. Bought 2 spatchcocks for dinner.. marinaded them in lemon, pepper and herbs with butter under the breast skin to keep the meat tender. Hubby spit roasted them to a succulent perfection. Served them with mushroom risotto and home made marinaded peppers. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
My uncle sent us another giant porterhouse steak. Prime, dry aged, about 64oz. Roasted it on the BGE for about 1.5 hours @ 350F until it was 130F. It was fantastic. The filet side cooked a little more. This one was slightly better than the previous one.
