How you all doing?!! I am a future Ferrari owner.. Already have my stable all planned out.. Currently I own a pizza restaurant and after I expand to a couple more locations I will start to build my stable.. Nice to find a board where Ferrari lovers can congregate..
Dont know which one that is.. I should be the only "The Pizza Place" in texas.. at least I am the only one with the name registered so I am not sure what the Marq-E is... I am in Katy-Cinco Ranch area.. Corner of Westheimer Parkway and Fry Rd. (as for my pizza, if you havent tried it yet, chances are you will eventually.. I developed my one dough and sauces.. we actually throw pizza in the air but we arent New Yorkers.. Its American Pizza (since I was born here in Houston and developed it myself it cant be sicilian) as I call it and good enough that it leaves most surprised. I wont post much about my restaurant as I dont like to push it on the boards - (unless I am a sponsor of the board) I dont like to step on the wrong feet.... pm me if you want info..
...I'm also new to F Chat. We live just south of Denton. We're proud new owners of a '96 F355 Spider (Swatters Blue). The previous owner was an obsessive/compulsive maintenance freak, which is great for me, but since he's from the Pittsburgh, PA area, I'd like anyone's opinion as to the best (at a competitive price) mechanic in the area. FoD, Norwood, etc. Thanks...
Area places to get the car worked on would be Norwoods, FoD, LoD, and Shadetree. Shadetree is just a one man shop with little overhead, so maybe the best price and then Norwood second. Norwood has more experience with the later cars though. Can't go wrong with FoD or LoD, but maybe not the price leaders. You should bring the car out to the show Saturday. See the other thread on FCA DFW show at FMoD. Welcome.
Thanks for the advice. I'm planning to attend the show (subject to the weather). Looking forward to it.
Let me strongly recommend Norwood... James and crew have been making happy customers for years and James is a good, honest guy who knows Ferraris well!! People ship him their Ferraris from all over the country... feel fortunate that you can easily just drive there.
Welcome, I'm new as well. By the way, I am looking for a very low mileage F355 Spider red/tan or yellow/black, must be 6 speed. I owned a Fiorano Spider (#52) and foolishly traded the car. Thank you.
thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Hopefully I can get my restaurants going and be behind the wheel of my very own Ferrari..
Well just ask and ye shall recieve.... Lambo Dallas has a 355 yellow black with an F1 tranny http://lamborghinidallas.com/dallas/detailfeat_dal.asp?id1=360 Or give Johnathan Peck (one of our board members) a call at the dealership
