Has anybody fiddled with removing the automatic seat belts in a Mondial T or 348? any feedback appreciated! Thank you
I removed the motorized "mouse" belts from my TR. Bought new belts and retractors from JC Whitney (....let the remarks begin...). I would have liked to install the Euro belts but couldn't find any. There may also be some interior panel changes or modifications required. I managed to install my system without changes to the leather covered panels. I also had to keep the mouse tracks in place because there is no way to fill the gap. It looks good, but not perfect. But it's tons better than that lousy motorized system.
