How picky is MD for cars with aftermarket exhaust systems? for example would a 84-85 308 with a Tubi exhaust pass current emissions testing?

    thx.

If you leave the CAT on your car, a Tubi exhaust doesn't change emissions at all.

I recently moved to an aera of PA with emissions with my '84QV...I'm going to go get a classic plate for it, it exempts the car from emmisions testing. MD may have something similar. I was thinging I would try to pass emmisions, but last weekend when I was fitting a Borla to the car, an inspection of the Cat convinced me otherwise...what was left of the the guts were just rattling around inside the housing, no way that thing was working. It's hollow now.
