Sorry if this has been posted. Just got this sent to me by my pops. http://www.ebaumsworld.com/honda-ad.html I question the wheels. See the video, and you'll know what I mean! Otherwise very cool! Regards, Sarc
Ive seen it before. It was posted here, and at just about evety other forum over a year ago. From looking at the vid before, i strongly believe the wheels are weighted, which is why they roll up the incline. This is the only way ui could think of that happening. I read that the commercial took over 600 takes to get everything to work continuously.
BEST new one has to be the "7" inches longer one from Dodge for the Durango Ugly truck but funny as hell
Yeah, I had a Civic with about 225K on it when I traded it that is still on the road. Honda and Toyota could teach the rest of the big 3 a few lessons. great commercial. Ed
Tim, there were some interviews with the producers of the commercial also published at that time and they said that yes, the tires are weighted to make them roll uphill.
I suspected that some of the segments were shot separately and digitally combined. maybe not, but it looked like it on the small screen.
it did look as if they were joined together, but they were not. The director wanted to have everything happen correctly in the same take, which is why it took over 600 tries.
