How ironic is the timing of this thread: I just received "Forza" no. 61 and it has an article entitled "Daily Driving Tifosi" describing just the sort of activities being described here!

I live in London, England where it is unnecessary (due to public transport and impossible due to congestion) to drive a car most of the week, so when I need to use a car, I'm going to use my 456. When I go to my local Tesco's supermarket for the Saturday weekly shop, I ALWAYS take the Fcar as they have a proper "car hand-wash for a fiver" place in the car park. They all know me up there and we have a laugh. I still get a few odd looks from other shoppers when I load my bags of food into the car....

School run is obviously on the list, on the rare occasions I'm working from home. My 5 yr old son recently told me, "Daddy when you collect me from school, ALWAYS bring the raari". Top man!

I recently used it to deliver some electrical / building materials to the other side of London to some guys doing building work for me. That was funny arriving at a large construction site with security guards at the entrance, to deliver a bunch of boxes and cables. Definitely got some funny looks...

No good leaving it in the garage. :) :)

I use mine as daily driver. Life is too short to save things for tomorrow. I guess that the strangest thing I ever did was ta bring a mattress to the dump.
With the top removed it was a very simple task...
Apart from that, shopping, school run, commuting to work... all the NORMAL stuff a car is made for :)
    Ciao

I had my F355 F1 as the only car while I was in my senior year (last semester) in NCSU. So, I went grocery shopping, fast food buying, trash dropping, parking in school, picking up friends and neighbors, and other un-F-car like usage for a while... And, you know what, it was totally 100% hassle-free. The thing never broke down, started everytime rain or shine, ran perfectly, and impressed a lot of people on how usable it was.

Those guys are dumbasses. My wife is fun, fast and beautiful, but I don't stand on her face while sporting a dips&#* grin for the camera.

I have used my Fcars in lots of non-traditional ways....

All of them have gone on shopping hauls.

The F40 has taken dogs to the vet

The mondial t has made lots of dry cleaner runs

The 348 has brought home a Christmas tree.

They have all broken various speed laws.....they all have been to the track.....and none of them has been used to secure a nice pose at the valet stand!! :)

The 365 has been to Home Depot, Walmart, and Sam's. Amazing that you can get the 36 count package of toilet paper in the trunk.

Best story about the 365 is picking up Charles Perry and his girlfriend and their luggage from FoA up when his 3000GT broke down.

The Mondial so far has done nothing more than traditional Ferrari uses. I need to correct that when I move home.

At Concorso last year the was a guy with a 275 towing a bike trailer carrying Agostini's Isle of Man winning MV Augusta. Is that inappropriate?

There is the story, it may be an urban legend or it may not, of the farmer who used his 246 dino to herd cattle.

Makes me glad I don't live in the snowbelt anymore! I presume you washed that off just as soon as you were done taking the photo?

Awesome...I think the fact that the front seat is down gives it understated authenticity!

When I was a little kid it was very rare to see me pull up in something other then the 308 or the Gt4. They are only cars.

I'll probably wash it this week. Snow belt? I am taking it to Alaska next month.

Colorado has been in a drought for the last few years, so it really is year round driving out here. Snow east of the mountains is becoming rare.

    Hmmm...

All sorts of stuff. What most of you guys have done such as runs to Grocery store, Mall, Bank, Bar, nightclub, beach, lots of long-distance crusing, have driven them in the snow numerous times, I smoke so I smoke in them, drink coffee in them, run to starbucks.. lemme think.. what else.

Oh yeah, I have also used an old 348 that I loved to move from school in Illinois back to NJ, I had the car LOADED to the gills.

I got bored one weekend and me and the girlfriend ran from St Louis to Daytona Beach for a 3-day weekend. I drove it on the beach.

I once got it stuck on a muddy road.

There is a pic floating around on the internet of a red 348 with NY plates and a keg strapped to the passenger seat. That was my car.

There's also a pic floating around of a 550 with a set of tires in the back of it, that was also my car.

I think the more fun you have with the cars the happier they are!

I own a couple of pizza shops and have delivered pizzas in my 308. Also have hauled a few 2x4s in it with the top out. You should have seen their faces when the pizza delivery guy pulled up in a Ferrari.
