Any relation between the 612 and this Elise? I can't remember if this is a pic you posted or someone else. I have a pic of an early model elise with what I believe to be the same plate (Part of it was blacked out, I am 90% sure that one is a phot of yours).

Probably no relation, alot of plates here start or end in 'WA'. ;)

The plate of the yellow Elise was BW 95 WA. ;)

Your number plates are often assciated with town names, no?

Mandurah = MN etc? (Just an example, may not be right!!)

I remember it from when I travelled through. Thought it was a lovely place. In fact the whole trip from Albany, through Pemberton, Busselton, Bunbury, Mandurah and then Perth was great! I would love to live over there. I prefer the climate/lifestyle to over here in Victoria.

How long ago was that? Mandurah has changed big time, and is a booming town.

Whats stopping you moving here? The living costs are cheaper, better weather....the only thing is we don't have as many nice cars. :(

Funny you say that, as my Uncle who lived over there once said that Perth had more prestige cars per capita than any other city in Aus. No idea what this was based on though.

As for moving, unfortunately a new house, impending wedding and solid job mean it isn't really a possibility. Maybe down the track would be an option, it is certainly something I would love to do. I have been to Perth a few times, it's a great city. First time was in 97, when I went through Mandurah, so i guess much has changed.
