Can anyone offer advice as to where I can buy a new set of headers ( they are leaking ) I would rather replace with new rather than just repair.

You are suffering the dreaded leaking headers on the 355 syndrome.

Proven HP increase. Maybe you can keep up with PP then!! :D

Couldnt you have used a better quality pic to try and sell your product. A pic that maybe even resembles a 355 header! :p What is that contraption pictured there anyways? :D

As if its really worth AU$5K for that little stainless box and some pipe. But.........people got to eat right? Some like kings.....some like pesants! Makes me laugh, it really does. :)

I make this for 360C and they're AUD$3800 for the pair of manifolds, and the silencer part is AUD$3300. This system yields more power and torque (un verified as yet... but racing on Neil Bryson 360C and data says plenty!) by using larger diameter flowed headers and siamese scavenge principle in silencer

355 is very similar and would cost about the same. Take about 2-3 weeks to get made to samples and another week for ceramic coating to avoid need for heat shields.

Don't buy new factory ones, you'll just be here all over again sooner or later if you track the car extensively. It's fine to repair old ones as you can improve them at the same time... I DID PEEPEE's LH manifold that was utterly fkt, (I told him it might not last but it has)

How do you get a siamese scavenge principle in the silencers with only one pipe going in?

Yeah, sorry, my bad wording and pic doesn't show joins clearly.

The siamese is in the silencer part, not the silencers themselves... the silencer part is one main piece from BOTH sides that merge together and flow across, it then has removable tail pipes for convenience/crashability on a race car.

Sorry to harp on this, but I am only a country bumpkin from Perth and I'm trying to understand.
I can't see from the photos where the siamese is. If it's in the silencer, how do you do this with one pipe going into the silencer and one pipe coming out?

GM... as I said... it's not in the silencer as such, just in the silencer section of my system... at the point where they touch, is a siamese internally. The tight angle of approach means it's only a small siamese there, but the pipes not only touch in the middle, they overlap.

My system is 5 parts. L manifold, R manifold. silencer/siamese section and two ttail pipes

and peepee, I'm not advertising my system, I'm showing Tony what can be made here for how much and how long it takes to get done. It's not road legal, not for sale and not for 355. And I'm glad you think it's rubbish.
