A REMOVABLE HARD TOP FOR YOUR 355????? YES. For the very first time you can have a hand crafted removable hardtop for your 355. Yes it's true. There is no need to drill into, weld or modify your car in any way. Just put in on, lock it down and drive away in your new SPIDER/BERLINETTA. Order today at www.jetttops.com or please leave us a message when phoning 905-332-9056. http://www.jetttops.com/

I'm more interested in the cowling versus the whole hard top. It looks like you can leave the original fabric top in place with the cowling but would like to confirm that.

Would you like a Cabon Fiber cowling or a Fiberglass cowling that requires paint to be applied by your preferred body shop to match your car?

    Tim,
Me and my other four 355 Spider owner friends would be much more swayed to take the plunge if we could see and touch this thing - any way you can place a sample hard top at a local Ferrari dealership or well-known independent shop in the NY Tri State area?

All of us are interested in the product, but it is hard to part with this much money on say so and pictures alone.

    Just an idea...

This is true, however I would say (from personal experience as a vendor) that it would be a much wiser choice to offer a top at a discounted rate to one "prominent" owner in a few different strategic areas so that he may demo the top to other owners - this has worked out well for me in the past and still continues to.

This way when a potential customer calls up and says "I'd like to buy a top but want to see it first" the vendor can say "yes, we have a local customer who can show you his"

Sounds like they had many problems and if you find them, tell them to pay me for the advertising!

Thanks guys, sorry to revive an old thread. I saw the thread treedee3d made. I wouldn't buy one anyway after reading about the product.

Such a great idea though, tons of similar hardtops were made for Porsche Boxster, Mazda Miata, and BMW Z4; since the market was there compared to how many F355 spiders were sold in the US.
