My 328 GTS windows are very slow in both directions whether up or down. Sometimes it is stuck and I couldn't shut the window normally but have to pull them up manually. Why is this? Anyway to rectify this problem?

You will find hundreds of posts on this problem in the archives, after cam belts it is the probably the most common question.

sounds like the transmissions for the window lifters are dry. You can buy new ones or completely disassemble the old ones and relube with white lithium grease.

Before you run out and buy new motors, clean all of the electrical connectors between the swith and the motor with a good electrical contact cleaner. Next, remove your door panels and lube all of the cables and pulleys in sight ( I used spray lithuim grease on mine w good effect). work the wingows up and down a few times during the lube process. This made a huge difference in the operation of my 308 windows. I did notice some improvement immediately after cleaning the cleaning the connectors so, do that first and it might( but probably not) even save you the work of lubing the cables. Good luck.

if the 328 is new enough, there aren't any cables :) I don't know when the change was made.

another source of drag is the rubber seals. cleaning and silicone spray on them helps a bit.

There are no cables on any 328 as far as I know.
Bosch replacement motors have the following numbers:
    Left: 0 130 821 069
    Right: 0 130 821 070
They are identical to the original motors except for the electrical connection - you will have to modify that - no big deal.
Actually, the above mentioned motors were OEM on the FIAT 131 Mirafiori (don't know if that ever came to the US).
The motors come off easily (3 bolts) without disturbing the winder mechanism.
As the wiring through the motor case on the originals is situated topside when the motor is fitted, water finding its way into the door (often the plastic "curtains" meant deflect water around the electrical stuff in the door are missing or not fitted properly) will run down along the wires and if the wire-into-case seal is insufficient, continue inside the motor - and down into the gearbox.
    The consequences are slow destruction.
    Ask me how I know.

Please find enclosed a nice manual describing what you can do to fix your power windows. It was originally written for the 308. The work was quite a pain (for a layperson like me) but thanks to the instructions even I got it done.

    Hope it helps.

Oops--I stand corrected on the cable issue. I assumed, wrongly, that the 328 window set-up was the same as a 308QV. Anyway, I'd still clean the electrical connectors, for whatever that would be worth.

I had a similar problem with the passenger-side window. I found that it was indeed the rubber seals. If I open the door and then raise/lower the window it works just fine. I agree with WolfTalk that the silicone spray is a good thing to try if that is indeed the problem you are having.

Good luck, and hope it's not anything too complicated or expensive to repair.

Agreed, I have used a spritz of silicone spray on the window channels and this sped things up nicely.
