We're getting ready to leave our hotel in Perris. From here it's the Ortega Hwy to San Juan Capistrano and then up Hwy 1 to Newport Beach. All this in a Rosso Corsa F355 with an intoxicating sound coming from the newly installed Mille Miglia. Does it get any better? Rob
Great Chris, unfortunately Monteman and his wife won't be coming because of a work...bummer. Hey but 28 will work ! I'm still at the hotel doing goodie bags. Went to C&C this morning and tried to find Hadley but every time I came by the chap was mia. I have already paid for the entire event and will invoice / bill everyone when I get back to Santa Fe after I get the final head count...so everyone hold on to your stash until I bill cazillions of $ later after I'm 1000 miles away,...Heh, Heh !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all, Just got home and would like to say that I had a great time tonight. It is wonderful to finally put the faces to the name. I've been on F-chat for around 6 years now and as you can see i don't post much, but i must say that this is one of the best and gracious bunch of gear heads i have ever met. From what I can see, even the SOs had a great time. I will definitely try a bit harder to get my wife to come next time. I would like to express my thanks to Dennis for all his efforts, the awesome organization, and resources to come up with all the goodies, to Ernie for the comic relief and for being a great host. Well we're back in the room. Got the F355 all loaded up safe and sound for the trip home. It was great to meet everyone and see some wonderful cars. I took some shots of us leaving the garage which I'll post when I get home. It was nice chatting with Rick, Duane, Brent, Alex, Chris and everyone else throughout the night. The ship was beautiful and the hospitality was top notch. Thanks to Dennis once again for organizing this event. It went very well. Be sure to post the final cost so I can get a check to you. Rob
Dennis, You are the MAN!!! PERIOD! What a fantastic night. I can't even begin to tell you how much fun my wife and I had. Everyone was supercool, the boat was awesome. The entire evening was just perfect. Thank you for all the effort you did on this, it truly is appreciated! Nice to meet some new people to put some faces to the names. Plugz won the watch I'm pretty sure everyone won something. We won the 348 spider model car. This is my first and will not be the last Thanks to Hadley for donating the MIRA model And again, thanks to Dennis for the goodie bag! It was to die for! Fantastic! (Tee's, cars, pins, hats, microfiber towels, etc..) But BRENT snagged my white 348 brotherhood Tee! He was complaining that he had 2 black Tees, now I HAVE 2 OF BLACK TEES! My gosh man, it was almost like getting a swag bag at the Acadamy Awards! It was very nice to meet some of you guys for the first time, and see other familiar faces again. All I have got to say is that our group KICKS ASS!!! I know I had a fantasic and fun time because so many cool people showed up.
