    Hi,

this is my first post, will not be the last, and appears as a consequence of reading too much non sense arround here...

is this FerrariChat.com or should it be renamed to FerrariGuysWithSomethingStickUpTheirAssChat.com ???

i think above any brand, we should love cars. And we shouldn't brag arround how deep is our pocket. "F-cars this....F-cars that..."...tst....tst....tst....

Ear this from a guy who had more Ferraris than almost all you guys together:
    (bragging arround as you guys)

Ferraris up to 430 didn't worth crap...

why i say this??? it's very simple.... if i pay something...it should have the quality for the money i spent...

Most of the Ferraris don't worth half what they cost!!!

348 was the Civic of the ferrari...had 2, lot's of problems that even Ferrari probably is trying to find out today how to fix..

355, had 2, Berlinetta and Spider, loved the sound...can't get enough of it...but the chassi twisted like spagetti dish....very umppredictable...

512TR, very powerfull motor, but no chassi at all...it's a highway car...not handling

Testarossa, had 2, so bad, no comments at all

F40, a friend's melted the engine and it runned the resulting liquid metal from the exhaust to the ground, after a mountain hard drive...a 250000€ car CAN'T do this....NO WAY

360, i had 3, the CS, the standard and a F1. the last was the CS, and the only one good enough.

i had almost always 5 ferraris at the same time until 2002.

Now i only keep my F50...

what is my message to you guys???

Ferrari did with the 430 what Honda did with the NSX...only about 15 years later....i'm talking only about the chassi....that's what matters to me...and believe me...put 500hp NA on a NSX and the F430 will have a hard time keepping the pace arround a track.

The same with the Enzo, a McLaren wannabe more than a decade after, and still worse (drove both the hard way).

Who is telling you this??? Just Me...a guy who drives professionally in MotorSport for a living, and will not identify myself for obvious reasons.

    Final thought:

Be humble, learn how to admire cars, enjoy cars as they are and not be brand whores!

This horse sh*t thread will just continue this Ferrari/NSX debate posting crap like this-""Ferrari did with the 430 what Honda did with the NSX...only about 15 years later....i'm talking only about the chassi....that's what matters to me...and believe me...put 500hp NA on a NSX and the F430 will have a hard time keepping the pace arround a track""

Why didnt you post this in the other thread with the 348/NSX crap. Saves polluting this section with more crap. Maybe you are the brand whore 'justme'.

Can you please tell me the socalled "obvious" reasons?
If you can't stand by your opinion (which ain't an obvious reason), then i'm sure you are talking 100% BS! (which you in any case are anyway)

    Me smells BS

Boy all this makes me want to sell my Ferraris and get a Honda

355 chassis like spaggetti? 355s have the stiffest chassis from Ferrari I have seen, the car is like a solid sheet of steel when jacked up 3 ft on one side, doors open perfectly no creaks or groans and if you think its unpredictable you just can't drive thats a fact or are telling lies again, i can throttle steer mine through a corner with great precision

512Trs handle great on the track as well, more BS

Okay now really, this is a joke right is it April fools again?

Can a mod please tell me why this WON'T be the last post for this clown?? He comes on here on his first post, can't spell, or make sense. Claims to have owned 10 Ferraris (5 at any given time), yet bashes them ALL as junk.

If a guy claims he has had 10 Ferraris and they have all been JUNK, why would he keep buying them?? He is full of crap and needs to be banned before he posts again.

Liquid metal coming out of the tailpipe and dripping onto the ground?? Wow.......

Contractual obligation !!! not that my sponsors/team are unaware of my opinions, but one thing it's what you tell mouth to mouth, other is going public with written statments...

with the few replys done already, you all reinforce all that i said.

Instead of trying to learn something or start a debate, you prefer shield yourselfs in the fact that i write anonymously.

and about my quality as a pilot, a professional driver, i possibly have more track milles in official events than all of you together in the road... have any of you ever drove a F3000 car ? a F1 car? please, i ask for valid argumentation...

so, if you find 355 stiff, stop cruising arround and floor it hard, drive it hard, like a supercar should be. Like all my cars were, are and will be ;)

PS - now is my poor english???? is that all you have tou opposite my facts?

Wow! I didn't know that Schumacher posts on here! It must be him, who else has "more road miles" and "racetrack time" than anyone else on here?!

    Cool. Now we know... :)

Or it could be some eight grader posting. Nah. Its Michael...

The original post is a difficult sell. A 12 year old could have written it. There is no proof whatsoever that anything is the truth. I have raced cars for 8 years (not in a F1 or Indy Car) but in enough to know what a fast, powerful, and stiff chassis machine feels like (SCCA Formula Mazda). Ferraris are very nice interpretations of a race car for the street. I wouldn't want to ride in a real race car around town or to the country club. So...this poster has nothing new to introduce and is specifically trying to inflame this forum. My suggestion is: ignore and he will go away.

Oh wow, some one who owns more f-cars than all here put together?? He put it at about ten.....First NON-Fact

He has put more miles than all here put together??? Second NON-Fact

He also claims to be "humble" Third NON-Fact

The list can go on and on....That IS a FACT!!!!

The people here are good people who rarely if ever make any outrageous claims you clearly have. If anyone does, it is usualy well substantiated. Unlike your incontrovertibly fool-headed claims.

One of the reasons few have posted in response to your post. Is your instigative poorly written remarks are not even worth their time.

So go back to where you came from and wallow in your "self-proclaimed" enormity. No one here is amused with your idiocy.

    BTW.......THAT IS ALSO A FACT!!!

Hey "justme", go back to school, maybe 8th grade? Learn how to spell, get an education, dont be a lazy ass and maybe one day you can afford a Ferrari, maybe even a 348. Do realize by that time, they will be considered rare, so get ready to pay up, or be the dumb ass you are, stay out of school and if your lucky you can get a job at 7-11 or McDonalds? You then will be able to afford a nice NSX.

First off I have an NSX and have had a few Ferraris. My post is not pro Honda or anti Ferrari.

He is obviously not an automobile guy by this statement above.
Any schmuck knows that the Civic is one of the most successful vehicles in Honda history as well as one of the most reliable vehicles on the road.
To put these two vehicles in the same catagory, as far as two manufacturers and vehicles they have produced, is ignorant.

I confess that i started with the left foot.... but you guys are no better...

you complain about my bad english, i'm not from the states, not from the UK, english isn't my first language....yet i still manage to write better than most of you that grew up with english language all over.

i didn't had only 10 ferraris, i had a lot more. After all, they supposed to be the top of the top. Currently i have 3, among many other cars (i collect them). Above all i love cars, and love to drive them.

how many of the users in this forum actually drove a Ferrari ???? (not to mention having one)

    take it easy.

the topic was "NSX and Ferraris" but can be renamed to "Ferraris and other cars".

There's a lot out there very good that's not Ferrari....wake up guys...don't be narrow minded....

PS - i'll not reply until 7 november...out to an event

Well, English was my second language. Yet, I manage to punctuate, and spell reasonably well...

Now, my 3rd and 4th languages...I'm a bit out of practice there... ;)
