it's a 512 with a custom 328 nose. just kidding. its a 89 328 27k miles and perfect all around. got it out of dallas. looked for about 3-4 months. has everything with it including service records. paid 54k. when i went to look at this car, the guy wouldn't touch it. he used a towel to open and close the trunk, engine cover ect. first sign i needed to buy this car. when i had it delivered, almost everybody thought it was a new car. already cracked up the spoiler going into my garage the first time. who is resposible for putting a rigid fiberglass spoiler about the thickness of a potato chip that close to the ground? ever heard of rubber? it's hard to take pics in my garage and it's raining out. will post some later.
Very nice....I always liked that group of cars from 1970...Z-28, Boss 302 Challenger T/A and AAR Cuda....
The way muscle car prices have been going up in 10 years you can sell that Challenger and buy an Enzo. Well maybe not an Enzo but I think at least an F-40. I remember back in the late 80's I was offered a Hemi Cuda that was all original for 18k. That car would bring 200k today.
don't start me on the mopars i passed on or sold before the golden days. and i'm not talking 80's i'm talking a couple of years ago. funny you should mention selling it. when i parked the 328 next to it last night, i seriously started thinking about selling it and getteng a tr. that was the other car i was looking at with the 328. Great looking car !! NOW go DRIVE, it won't melt they have winshield wipers for a reason !! Keep us posted on how you like her !! John
Congrats quite a difference bewtween a muscle car and a Ferrari, had some guy try and race me in his slightly modded 68 Z28 Camero awhile back in my 328 I still pulled away from him then the road made some esses and he literally almost went off with severe understeer trying to stay with me, lesson learned for him. I've never used my wipers in either Ferrari they are just for decoration really especially the BBs single wiper, much like using a wet noodle on your windshield.
