Help!!! Flying spur paint project advice!

    Alright when I started to demount the front bottem grilles for the flying spur I came across a problem, I got the side bottem ones but the bottem center will not come off! And then I tried to figure out the back difuser grille, clueless again! Can anybody tell me how to take both grilles off without having a severed bumper? If anybody has diagrams to that would be much apriecated. If anybody is going "Oh no! not this $&*T Again" Please refrain from saying, keep it in your head. and noah, No clever crap either like asking to put marinara sauce on the screws so they get looser.

    I know its been stated but how old are you again? I'm not giving heat, I'm just curious why your dad would let you mess with the bumper of his flying spur. Maybe saying what you were trying to achieve in doing so could help others get an idea of whats going on with the bumper?

    PS... do you have any pictures of the cars in the office? I thought that was really interesting and unique

    remember i told you that the city shut the project down because the installers cut some wood framing and it was a risk for the roof to collapse during winter. But I can post pics. My dad lets me work on his cars because I have worked on his other ones under his supervision so now i can work by myself but i cant break anything.

    Car is under warranty take it to the dealer and tell them what the problem is and get it fixed for free. They will probably even pick the car up from your house. Let's see some pics I am still on the fence about the FS.

    there is no problem, we want sopme grills painted. and the paint shop will charge for labor so why dont I do it?
    oh and pics are coming in minutes

    Your dad seems to like his bumper/grills/fender worked on. Is the same shop doing the work on the FS that worked on the bumpers on the SL65?

    there is no sl65, its a sl500. i lied, look back at other posts. but its the shop motorwerks that will paint it.

    These are the pics i just took 5 minutes ago, so they are real. and rememeber noah's request for a sign on the windshield yep had to fufill it but twisted it around.

    Yeah I know. I couldn't resist...

    Now back on topic... Is it just the 3 mesh piece that are to pe painted, and is it the center on theta the problem? Or is the chin piece of body work the issue? The main fender may be tricky because of the parking sensors...

    i did, it didnt work. he had it tucked under the seats hard. Oh and that reminds me, when I was 7 my mom got a z3 beamer, and my big bro took it for a spin and scrached the side from the bushes pulling out. My dad yelled at him when inside, and I ran out felling bad for my brother so I grabbed a hammer and tryed to "fix" it, Well I ended up breaking two taillights, ruining a back bumper, and giving the rear qauter pannels 1000 dimples. Morral of the story, my dad locks up the hammers now.
