I had the distinct pleasure of shooting this lovely 1963 Lusso on Sunday. This has to be one of the more enduring shapes ever handcrafted onto 4 wheels. Being such a close relative to the 250 GTO doesn't hurt either. The lines are so pure that they could work in today's market. And to think that this is 43 years old.

From what I understand, the owner may sell the Lusso soon, so we had our photoshoot to save the memories for years to come. The first attachment is the collage that get framed on go on the wall somewhere.

    cheers

    Ken

Here are a couple more shots. To see this car running on the street is truely a graceful, elegant portrait of what a true GT is supposed to do, look like, sound like and maneuver.

I hope to soon get a ride in it before it changes hands. I have some additional shots from the FCA concours and Church of the Holy Donut.

    cheers

    Ken

(After reading the Marcel thread, I guess I should have watermarked these!)

    Kevin,

Beautiful, Beautiful Pictures! The Lusso in Silver is at it's most ELEGANT!
This is the first Ferrari that I ever saw in person, when I was 14 yrs. old in Ann Arbor, MI, in Argento, like this one. It changed my perception of beauty in automobiles forever! I'm going to have to start buying Lottery Tickets, to have the funds to purchase it!

    I have this to say about the 250 Lusso;

If Enzo Ferrari, reached HEAVEN, on only one merit or accomplishment, it would be because GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF, regarded the Beauty of the LUSSO, as his qualifying accomplishment in life, to do so!
Of course, he must have believed Jesus Christ, as the SON OF GOD, if Enzo Ferrari was a Roman Catholic Christian. After All, First Things, First!!!

Seasons Greetings, it is Christmas, Ciao...Paolo

Actually, its a 67 330 that recently finished a 6.5 year restoration at Grand Touring. The car is immaculate. I hope to have a good photoshoot with it soon.

Here are some more shots. Some of these are my funkier wide angle shots.

cheers and happy holidays to all!

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing them.
I really like the photo of the Lusso sitting in the lot next to all the modern cars. The contrast is amazing between the old exotics and the modern normal cars.

Also, I love the way you composed the shot of the speedo looking through the steering wheel spokes.
