What brand & are they polarized? I’ve been stuck on Bolle “whip” type but haven’t gotten used to the Technicolor display w/ their polarized looking through polarized window tint. The acid trip rainbow effect is distracting. What do you like?

Oakley... E-wires I believe. I love em to death. Yes they are polarized, only thing that pisses me off is I pay for an expensive pair of sunglasses without scratch resistance.

I had some serengeti's that a valet stole. Those were very good glasses. The ones I had were a light amber color. They were better for overcast and rainy driving but they weren't dark enough for bright light. They were very well made. I love my Maui Jims but the serenget's seemed to be more solid and they held up to a lot of abuse.

I've had RayBans, they just don't fit me well and can be a bit too dark at times, which is bad for my eyes.

Serengetti - best lenses period. Had one pair, then took it to the beach, eh... gone.

Had a pair of Oakleys for 4 years now, I believe e-wires or o-wires, something like that, pretty plain okaley, but with polarized lenses. I haven't found anything that fits me better.

Aviators have to be the best 135 dollar investment I have ever made. Plus I get some coments from the ladies. So they are paying them selves off :D

What do I blow my money on? OAKLEYS!!!! $500 for a custom pair of XX's  got a pair of Romeos I wear a lot and some other ones I can't remember the names of. I have had the Romeos for probably five years now and they have been well worth the $$$, I wear sunglasses quite a bit of the time so getting what I like is well worth it.

I don't like polarized glassed because they block the heads up display in my vette.

Walgreens... I loose them, sit on them or scratch them every 3-4 months anyway. The expensive ones break equally as well as the ones at Walgreens.
