Good call hps - Morry has some amazing 1/5 models, including several spectacular 250GTOs.

    Don't get it!
Seen it up close in person... very disappointing.
Shape is not right, details suck, quality sucks
very much rather you get the Tamiya one(even though different scale) with a much cheaper pricetag..

If you want a 1/12 Enzo, don't get the Tamiya. Take a look at this thread: http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=49720
I was thinking about getting a Tamiya 1/12 Enzo, but all the people who have it, recommend me not to get one.
    Better wait Kyosho's 1/12 Enzo....

I agree. I am waiting for the Kyosho also.
I am not saying that the Tamiya is a whole lot better, just that I would rather get the Tamiya than the 1/5(if you can't wait for the kyosho that is), especially when theres such a difference in price.
My brother got the Tamiya over xmas and I helped him assembled it. Its true that alot of parts are very fragile, but if you handle them with care while assembling it, they shouldnt break. The only complaint i have is the weight of the model and the shutlines. Other than that, i think its quite a beautiful model.

The "offset" of the front wheels is inexcusable. Was this some kind of prototype or...? (just seeing if there can be an explanation for such a mistake on a $2000 model).

No, I don't think this a prototype. I saw one in person about two weeks ago and, apart from that wheel offset, the model is pretty crude IMO. The basic shape is ok but it lacks very much in engine and interior detail. It's an eyecatcher because of its size, but IMO not worth such a high amount of $$$

Have personally seen afew examples of the 1/5 Enzo, but none with that horrible front wheel offset which appeared on the scans !

Either the one u saw is a faulty model, or an early prototype for evaluation purposes not meant for sale to the public !

I'd be tempted to buy it just because of how cool the exterior looks if it wasn't for how horribly deep those wheels go in.
I mean how could you build that and be happy with it looking that bad.

And I thought the bonnet lid on the 1/18 HW Enzo was bad.
