    Wow, that blew!!!! Some flat out amazing effects and no story that made any sense at all. Even some of the sets looked like all those planets that Capt Kirk beamed down to in the 60's. And how hard could it have been to find a girl with blue eyes to play the girl with blue eyes anyway???

    I could go on but, ouch, Roland must have naked pictures of half of hollywood to be able to get the money to make this stuff?

    If only movies had a fast forward button. The effects, as said, are pretty incredible. But with more plot holes than a colander, and a few REALLY bad effects, they are not enough to hold my attention. I doubt I would even buy it on DVD.

    It is one of those movies that the preview was way better than the film.

    What's with the hair over the eye look these days? I'm seeing it more and more. This was an early 90's cheeze look, and I wish it would go away.

    What amazes me most seeing pictures of the movie is that the hairdressers back in the day must have been pretty good. Such nice haircuts done only with flintstones, chapeau!

    Every girl under 25 is sporting it these days. Goes with the "I'm unique" obligatory striped socks or checkered Vans.

    Makes me vomit...

    No hint of a PLOT in the trailer - that was enough to keep me away. I thought it was a documentary???

    Agreed, it was a bit of a shameless storyline. Painful acting... all that.

    I did enjoy watching the Egyptian special effects though, very detailed.
