    I am selling my '79 Ferrari 308 GTB (carbed). Only 19,300 miles. All original paint and interior shows extremely well! Major service performed at 19,000 miles.
    The car was originally ordered and sold to hall of fame quarterback Fran Tarkenton through FAF in Atlanta.
    Exclusively fitted at the factory in 1979 with an upgraded 1980 model interior.

    Yes, seats and mirrors are original. Entire interior is original and paint is original. The car has been very well preserved.

    It is the only GTB (carb) car that I have ever seen with the GTBi interior. The car was completed at the very end of the carb production run in December of 1979, so Fran T. was able to upgrade the interior to the ‘80 interior. Very rare.

    Good story on the interior-and probably more importantly it looks to be in fantastic condition. It also still has the air pump-very cool, none of the carb cars still have that including my gt4 and I have no idea where it went

    Fran T was probably driving this around when he was on That's Incredible-classic!

    I have a 1979 308gts with the 1980 interior as well, this is only the second car I have see with this feature, the other was a yellow 79 a couple years ago that the was supposedly original.

    Very interesting to see this interior in the carb version, it must be a fairly late build date. That gives your car a premium!

    Wow a carb 308 with a factory fitted injected interior. Never say never with Ferrari and this must be incredibly rare and certainly nothing I have ever seen before. I'm not sure how much it would factor into the sale price but it is very much a unique selling point every bit as interesting as the original owner. GLWS
