    Hello,
    Should a 1991 348ts have item#27 part#63547100 shown below?
I ask this because my car doesn't have that part instead it has some minor black trim piece. I think maybe my car was not repaired properly at some point in its past prior to my ownership.

There is another part on " scuderiacarparts.com/part-finder/ferrari/348/oe/3/4/128?h=978" Part# 94070730 that is for the SS and costs much more.
I did check the VIN Check and asked the salesperson from scuderiacarparts. He said part# 63547100 is correct but I wanted a second opinion
Thank you for your help, but I am still not confident that my car should have that part or not
If you can find a true all original 1991 348ts pic all my questions would be solved.
None of my searches are definite

You asked if your car should have #27. I said no. You posted a picture that confirms that. I’m not sure where we are now, but if you upload a pic of your car into the 348 forum we will quirkily let you know if you’re wrong.

I’ve never heard of any car but the SS having any sort of front lip. Here is the underside of my Spyder. Image Unavailable, Please Login

    Hi Ferrarium and 348jeff

Yes, I was concerned that it may be a part for European cars only but when I look at the part on the web there is a part right above the one that says not for usa and it says to use 63547100 which is the part I have been referring to.
    So confusing
Ps Thank you Retro for the detailed pics of the underside of your Spyder

I can not imagine they had any effect on aerodynamics, especially by 1980s standards. I wonder if it was there as a sacrificial piece to keep the bumper free from scrapes.

Well, my goal was to look into replacing the loose cheap black trim some prior owner put on the car. As I did my research I found the part in question. I just wanted to make sure it was correct for the car. Thanks for all the input. I am going to buy it, it is an original part for my 1991 3468 to and I think it will look good as nice small black offset to my yellow bumper.
At least it will look god until I hit something on the road … lol
