It's time to replace the top on my 360. The dealer here is quoting me about $7,000 for the replacement. Has anybody else done a replacement lately and is this price comparable to what you were charged?

I would say that is an insane price.

The material itself complete runs between $2,500 - $3,000.00 in the US.

Is there really $4,000.00+ of labor to install? I doubt it

I would check with a specialty shop that does convertible tops and check with them.

Forgot to include the parts layout. You can see how simple the fabric is.

Agree. Cabrio World, a site sponsor sells the GAHH top for $2003.00. These are the best quality aftermarket tops I found in my research. About $1000 labor should do it. Add another $800 for a headliner if yours needs replacement.
Recommend check with the shop your dealer uses and go direct.

There are some good recent posts on this.

Thank you for the information. Is there anybody from Orlando that has a good shop they recommend to do this kind of work?

Post your question for a shop in the Florida section. You might get faster results

If the dealerships do what they do with windshield and probably all glass, they will employ an outside business to perform the task. A local Auto Upholstery shop may take on the task.

I looked at that site and am very impressed with their fabric choices, colors, and fabric types.

I would say that is a very good source despite being more costly that Cabrio World

I sent them an email to ask a few questions about colors and best fabrics

Convertible Top Guys are very, very costly.

I just got a quote of $3,100.00 for the top and $1,000.00 for the liner = $4,100.00

I think that is a bit crazy.

Has anyone purchased a top from TOPSONLINE? The price for a 360 is $1699.00.

    I will check them.
It is the material that is critical.
    Best is Twillfast RPC.
Just checked their site, and they have the correct material and the headliner!
    I will contact them

Cabrio World is very good. Their top price with the liner is about $2,800.00

Tops On Line is about $2,300.00 with the liner.

Tops on Line is a US made product with the good fabric and a very good warranty.

I would go with Tops on Line.

$7k is a good number, that's what I just paid here in LA. (included new front seal which is over $1300 just for the part.

however, a new factory top is $13k BEFORE labor so you will have to live with after market.

"a new factory top is $13k BEFORE labor "

Where did you come up with that ridiculous price?

A factory top in Italy is under $1,600.00 including the liner!

In the US it is about $3,000.00 plus the liner from Ferrari.
