    I tried using the heater for the first time today and it wouldn't get warm. Engine is up to temp. Air blows cold even on the hottest setting. Am I missing something here?

    Where ?

    Go and ask the salesman to get the air out of the system ... imo ...

    Well I guess it got the air out itself because it's working fine now.
