I don't know if anyone saw the ducks oilers game but the oilers were winning 1-0 and pretty much controlling the game. Anaheim pulled the goalie with 1:30 left. Ducks tie with 14 seconds left. 14 seconds into overtime the ducks win. Crazy.
The leafs pulled off an impressive 6-0 win tonight and I see the Jets putting up quite the goal performance. Laine with 5!
Fleury in back to a back shut outs -- number 51 and 52 of his career. Vegas jumping from 6th to 3rd in a week beating number 1 and number 2 in their division.
The leafs player Johnsson got a hat trick yesterday in the first period with 3 shots on goal and only 1:53 of ice time!
Ducks have played the fewest games on the road but have 5 really tough ones this week. They have one of the worst road records in the NHL. They lost to Nashville in the first game today. 5 game sweep?
ANOTHER coach bites the dust this season. Seems to me firing coaches isn't really helping much. It's late so my sarcasm meter does not work. Yes Montreal has a team and it's quite historic. But you know that! Also for those who dont remember they used to have the Quebec Nordiques. Rumor is constant they will return but no foundation on that. Canes are till rolling a bit I see. Impressive team!
I thought that team was the Quebec Aces McIlhenny in goal steals one for Canes last night 48 shots and probably 20 high quality chances. Game winner for Canes goes in off d-man's boot.
