Oh.....you're talking about motorcycle riding? You didn't say that. I did ride an MV Augusta 750 America (I think that's what it was called) once and was very disappointed with the handling. Might have been one like this. It was a long time ago, and I think they're worth a fortune now Image Unavailable, Please Login
Independent Team rider Cal Crutchlow (LCR Honda Castrol) rules the roost in the Gran Premio Red Bull de España as actions ends on Friday, with the Argentina GP winner taking to the top in FP2 and leader on the combined timesheets. What does that mean? On a Friday as close as this, it means he was 0.028 clear of Dani Pedrosa (Repsol Honda Team) in P2, 0.091 ahead of Johann Zarco ( Monster Yamaha Tech 3) and still not even a tenth in front of Andrea Iannone (Team Suzuki Ecstar) in fourth. Spanish GP: MotoGP Free Practice 2 As well as the incredible equality of the top four within a tenth, the top 15 ended Day 1 within a second and the whole grid was covered by two seconds – a tantalising prospect for race day if it remains the same. Pedrosa: "I'm much better but still not 100%" The headlines didn’t stop there. 2017 Jerez winner Pedrosa, who is still recovering from a broken wrist, put in a stunning performance once again to not only threaten the top but also show some key consistency – with Zarco just behind him and top Yamaha. Iannone kept his solid form rolling after his rostrum finish in Texas, just ahead of what was another key moment of the day: reigning Champion Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team), despite having shown awesome pace throughout both sessions, crashing out towards the end of FP2 – rider ok. Marquez hits the asphalt at Turn 6 in FP2! The man right behind Marquez after Day 1 was Championship leader Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team), who went fastest in FP1, with his teammate Jorge Lorenzo taking seventh on Friday at the track at which he took his first podium in red in 2017. Jack Miller (Alma Pramac Racing) was the top Independent Team Ducati rider in P8 overall after more solid top ten pace, with Valentino Rossi (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP) taking ninth overall after a late move up from outside provisional Q2 entry. How do Rossi and Marquez brake? The man completing the top ten was Pol Espargaro (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), after the Spaniard put in an incredible charge in FP1 to end that session in third and the day in tenth overall. Maverick Viñales (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP) was P12 and will have his sights set significantly further up the timesheets on Saturday, as will Alex Rins (Team Suzuki Ecstar), who was P14 but missed the Spanish GP in 2017 due to injury, turning a wheel in anger at the venue for the first time this year. Wildcard Mika Kallio, riding a first version of the 2019 machine for Red Bull KTM Factory racing, was P16 on Day 1. Everything’s open, everything’s close and everything’s set up for a Saturday to remember. Check out Friday’s results here, and make sure to watch as battle commences to decide the grid from 14:10 (GMT +2) on Day 2.

FFS, you don't go giving a gun like MM a points lead like that, going to need a miracle to close that gap, onto 2019... Oh, it was lorenzo's fault, totally, he was fully screwing Dovi's race, he is the verstappen of 2 wheels, screw everybody, esp., my own team mate, FFS Ducati team orders, he is a greedy p/rick we saw that last race last year... What a great return on your 12 million euro investment
I don't think the prang was lorenzo's fault, but still, why should he give up the position to Dovi? It would have been nice of him, but obviously the team doesn't expect him to.
Dovizioso's 2017 success has greatly increased his value on the rider market, and the Italian rejected Ducati's initial offer to stay at the Bologna marque last month as negotiations continue. Although it is highly likely the two parties will eventually come to terms, Dovizioso has also held discussions with Honda and Suzuki in a bid to pressure Ducati into rewarding him for taking six race wins and mounting a strong challenge to champion Marc Marquez last year. Dall'Igna said he is keen that negotiations do not go on for much longer, and wants the matter resolved before Ducati's home race takes place on June 3. "We must resolve this problem as soon as possible," said Dall'Igna during last weekend's World Superbike round at Imola. "It's not an easy negotiation and it takes time. Definitely by Mugello we will have the definitive answer. "At the moment our focus is to come to an agreement with Dovizioso. After this we will start to think about other riders." Lorenzo's Mugello chassis not new Dovizioso's teammate Jorge Lorenzo sampled a new type of chassis in a private test at Mugello last week, but Dall'Igna admitted the Spaniard was only trying the same frame Dovizioso has used since winter testing. "Honestly, it wasn't really a new chassis," revealed Dall'Igna. "It was the chassis that Dovizioso has used since the start of the year. "The difference between the two chassis is not so big and we decided not to use it with Lorenzo until he was in a position to properly evaluate it, and after Jerez we thought it was the right moment to try it."
Dovi signed on again, who/m will be his team mates in 2019? Lots of hates [helmets?] in the ring https://www.crash.net/motogp/news/896340/1/dovizioso-three-years-get-result
I don't like him, but by geez Marquez rides like no one else. I also can't believe that Rossi is almost always beating Vinales.

Not a fan of lorenzo's me or nothing attitude, he "helped" a much faster Dovi crash, by making it [again] difficult for Dovi to pass, forcing Dovi to ride over the limit, he lost his line, and down he went, no need for it, Dovi was much faster and not like they where fighting on the last lap About the 4th time this prick has done this to Dovi, with a team mate/player like that, who need a enemy I would fire him instantly, and begin legal action seeking a partial/full refund for failing to produce as per his 12 million euro contract He is a disgrace to the sport and Ducati
I think you mean this. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2018-05-21/jakub-kornfeil-performs-amazing-jump-in-moto3-race/9782870
