First of all, for the fans of Netflix Drive to Survive, check out Unchained from the same producers about the 2022 Tour de France. It is really good and actually has me interested in cycling again.

Hmmm...is it the same manufactured drama as DTS? Ex., using clips from 2 different races to dramatize today's race?

There's some of that, many of the situations are true on paper, but not as intense in context.

Odd thing on the broadcast...the organizers are enforcing COVID protocols after an outbreak during the Giro d'Italia that made many riders drop out.

wow, actually an interesting stage 1. breakaway at first, hammering the entire distance, some decent climbs, and now at end some riders getting dropped.

FWIW, USA network has stages 3-7 live on at 7CST, then the rest replayed late at night. Looks like they are all 4 hours.
For those who don't have Peacock

With Richard Carapaz out at EF, does that mean American Neilson Powless can go for GC or still just Mountain Jersey?

I’m not going to get a Paramount subscription. I’ll just watch the free NBC Sports 20-30 minute highlights on YouTube each day.

Urgh, I guess Neilson won’t be going for GC, just Mountain jersey.

They've been beat up, one of the slowest stages in history, but that finish going onto the race track was CRAZY. Those guys have never learned racing lines on a race track. :D Stupid crashes.

Exciting last couple stages, great battle shaking out Vingegaard vs. Pogacar.

Powless back in the climbers jersey.

    Kuss in top 10 overall!

Kuss was reported to say, more or less, 'we've just started,.....how can it get any crazier?'
