Hi all, Does anyone have some information on S/N 0631 GT? I have been searching in all the usual places and therefor also here on FC, but it seems not to have been covered here yet? Picture is taken from the July 1997 Coys Silverstone auction catalog. Car was not sold then. I am informed the car is coming up for sale in the Netherlands shortly. Kind regards, Arie Image Unavailable, Please Login
I was at 1997 Silverstone and have some photos of the cars there. I was outside in the rain so if this car was present it may have been in a tent somewhere. Do you know what colour it was in 1997?
Pic is from 1997, it was silver gray with a dark(er) gray roof. Would be great if you have some photographs!
Very sorry, no pics. It must have been out of the rain - maybe in the auction tent for which there was an entry fee.
this is from the auction description: 'chassis number 0631 GT was the subject of a major restoration in 1994 resulting in a car that is now in excellent all round condition. A file of photographs charting the progress of the restoration, which included a bare metal respray in dark silver over light silver and a complete interior retrim in red leather, is supplied with the car. Special features on this example which highlight the competition pedigree include racing seats and an aluminium fuel tank, thus making it an exciting option for anyone interested in taking part in the many European rallies for which this car is eligible. This is a stunning example of an early Ferrari production car, which comes with the Italian foglio, ownership papers and correspondence from Ferrari.' matching numbers, estimate 85,000-95,000 GBP.

0443 GT belonged to Robert B. Jordan in San Mateo/CA from 1972 to 1988. FWIW Estager never owned 0443 GT, he raced it. It belonged to SAIPA S.r.l. (Società Assistenza Incremento Partecipazioni Agonistiche), domiciled at Via Carlo Sigonio 454 in Modena. Marcel Massini
Kare: I don't think Bob Donner ever owned the Boano. He was a friend of mine I do not recall him ever having a Boano. GTO yes, Boano no.
