Hi, I am new to this forum so please forgive me if I ask anything that has already been covered. I have a client with a 250 SWB who would like a spare engine. I have seen new blocks, heads etc. on various US sites and have even seen complete engines for sale in the past. I would appreciate any further advice before proceeding. thanks in advance, Adrian
GTO Engineering and Roelofs Engineering make new copy 250 SWB engines. Ferrari Classiche make genuine engines but not sure in what circumstances they will supply one though. It may be a case that they will only supply one to a car they are restoring or evaluating for attestation? Does your client want a spare so he can preserve the original engine and use the car with the spare?
