Never having owned a 275 I speak from a disadvantage position. However my question is if the Marelli 101 is the correct alternator for your car. Built in the same period as the 275 GTB/4 the 330 GTC was fitted with a Lucas alternator. Now my C/4 has an 80 amp Marelli 101 that you speak of. Maybe you can set me straight on this. Again I have not owned or are all that familier with the details of a 275.
We work on many 275 GTB and GTB4 they all have these marelli alternators fitted as standard, my research on concours winning 275's also have these fitted, i haven't come across lucas ones as yet, so marelli would be my first choice.
I have one available. Here is a pic. I dropped it off to be rebuilt last week but they haven't started yet. I don't know the market on what its worth but let's come up with whatever a fair price is and if you want it I can send it out this week. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hello my dear friends, I need an original Alternator for my 365 GTB/4 Daytona. The correct type is : Marelli GCA-113A. The output is 55 Ampere, when the unit is not ok anymore, also ok for me. Who can help me with this ?. Johan Groothuis from the Netherlands.
Look at www.autoaccessorio.ch/ , this is our first address for Magneti Marelli in Switzerland and ask Renato Barbezat [[email protected]] Regards, Jacques
Sorry, the 101B is long gone. I have a GCA113A from a 330 GTC but I don't think that will help for 275.
Dear All, I am looking for a generator for a late Series 3 Ferrari 250 Gte. From what I know I would need a Magneti Marelli GCA 101 A or B and corresponding RTT101 red regulator. Does anybody have this available? I would have a DN63B and original new regulator available as part exchange if you are interested - see pics. Thanks Christopher
