I never quite checked if it did have a CAT and haven't ever tried looking for it, just assumed it was their. I'm not sure if i mentioned it but I had to do some unexpected driving while on my way to the emissions when I had the heat in their. So I may have burned a good amount of it off before I even got to the station. Already thought about the exemption, it is $450 here the only problem I really faced was I think they say it had to include labor and that's what the tester thought as well.
